Surveys and collection

Entrepreneurs, who place orders for surveys, rely on the accuracy of the collected data. At this point I must unfortunately inform you that this is not always the case!

Over the course of the collection measures (employee surveys, analyse, etc.) there must never be a casual attitude towards stipulated criteria of the test theory, test construction, statistics and the psychological diagnostics.

Sloppiness with surveys leads to false data, the interpretation of which results in unsuitable and unnecessarily set measures or they even give reason to the assumption that no interventions are necessary – an enormous waste of resources with negative implications on the whole company.
