Organisational cultural topics

- A lot & many forms the big picture -

An organisation is a cosmos, which consists of many microcosms (departments,  teams ...).  These on the other hand consist of people and their individual characteristics,  points of view, experiences, expectations, influences etc. The occupation with questions of culture in the company demands more than the customary broaching as a subject of countries and customs of the vis à vis – it begins quite mundane with Me.

Many “small and large” topics and processes (e.g. Change Management, subsidiaries, team building etc.) already include implicit questions of culture, which are however unfortunately hardly tackled in this context, and if at all then too succinct.

Without a complex approach many processes are destined to fail from the start and rob resources – supposedly “saved” can soon become very expensive …
