Executives are by all means handled with glacé gloves in training and executive coaching and “treated” in the gentle washing cycle. The trainers/coaches are often lacking in the deep knowledge of psychology with a range of facets and they may of course as commissioned trainers never scare off the clients by too much openness that reduces the self-esteem (references!).

Top executives appreciate  honest, “blunt“ procedure and greet sound, psychological knowledge with a kiss of the hand! Not always completely without gulping and not always straight away either – however in the end always with more knowledge about themselves and the knowledge about the true stumbling blocks & possibilities.

Help is only given in all seriousness and in the long-term with honest feedback.
